Refund policy

Please understand we do our best to colour match each print and product, however all computer screens are different and the colours may vary slightly compared to the printed product.

Please also note that one design may print differently on one product compared to another product due to the specific nature of the material it’s made from. So be sure to check each individual product page carefully for  colour matching.

As everything is hand made to order, refunds are not possible unless the product is faulty or damaged during shipping. If you have any other problems or concerns please email birdandbabethelabel@gmail.com as we may be able to offer a refund depending on the circumstance.
